Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing InfoTechServicess for your software development needs. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while discovering, evaluating, and purchasing our custom ERP and CRM solutions.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at InfoTechServicess. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at InfoTechServicess, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Custom Software Development (ERP/CRM)

For custom software development projects (including ERP, CRM, and Web Apps):

  • Advance Payments: Any upfront payments made to initiate a project are generally non-refundable once the requirements gathering and wireframing phase has commenced. This is because time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made against completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project midway, they will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation based on the agreed-upon hourly rate or milestone breakdown.

2. SaaS Subscription Products

If you are purchasing a subscription to one of our existing SaaS products:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of InfoTechServicess management:

  • Failure to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) without a valid technical reason.
  • Major deviations from the approved technical specifications that cannot be rectified.
